How can I return my order?
If it doesn’t feel like you, you can return your order within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How long will you take to process my return?
We process returns within 3–5 working days after receiving your item. We keep things simple and keep you updated every step of the way.
How do I know if you have received my return?
If you used a tracked service, you can follow your return using your tracking number. We’ll also email you once everything is received and processed.
My jewellery is faulty
We’re really sorry to hear that. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — just contact us and we’ll take care of it under our warranty.
Can you repair my jewellery?
We currently don’t offer repairs or resizing. However, if your item has a manufacturing fault, we’ll be happy to help under warranty.
Can I return personalised pieces?
Personalised pieces are made just for you, so they can’t be returned unless faulty.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned unless they are completely unworn.

Warranty Policy
At Bling Base, we carefully select jewellery designed to be enjoyed every day. We stand behind the quality of our pieces and want you to shop with confidence.
Our jewellery is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects from the date of purchase.
If your item experiences a fault caused by a manufacturing issue, please contact us and we will review the issue. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss, stolen items, normal wear and tear, tarnishing caused by improper care or storage, or damage caused by water, perfumes, chemicals or misuse.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
