Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

1. About Our Store

Bling Base is an online jewellery store offering products from our curated brands, including BEJU® and Colibra.

Our website and products are intended primarily for customers purchasing for personal use within the United Kingdom.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.

2. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, materials, measurements, prices and images are accurate.

Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting and the natural characteristics of the materials used. Measurements and weights described as approximate may also vary slightly.

These minor differences do not affect your rights where a product is materially different from its description, faulty or not of satisfactory quality.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Jewellery Care

Our jewellery is decorative and should be worn, handled and stored with care. It is not designed to withstand heavy force, strong impact, bending, crushing, water, chemicals or unsuitable storage.

Please follow the care guidance provided on our website and with the product where applicable.

Failure to follow the recommended care guidance may affect the jewellery’s appearance and lifespan. Accidental damage and normal wear and tear are not manufacturing defects.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may change our prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

If we discover an obvious pricing or product-information error before accepting your order, we will contact you. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

An order may be delayed, refused or cancelled if payment is not authorised or if the transaction is identified as potentially fraudulent.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

The automatic order-confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A contract between you and BEJU BE YOU LTD is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch because:

• The product is unavailable.
• Payment has not been authorised.
• The billing or delivery information cannot be verified.
• We identify a pricing or product-description error.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or an unauthorised transaction.
• We cannot deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

7. Order Details

You are responsible for checking your order details before completing your purchase.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered processing or been dispatched.

You must provide complete and accurate billing, delivery and contact information.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered into your physical possession or the possession of a person identified by you to receive them.

If delivery is delayed significantly, we will contact you where reasonably possible. Your legal rights regarding delayed or failed delivery are not affected.

Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.

9. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please contact us immediately if you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

If the order has not been dispatched, we will try to update the information. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after dispatch.

Where a parcel is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask the customer to pay reasonable additional delivery costs before the order is sent again.

This does not affect your rights where the delivery problem was caused by us or our delivery provider.

10. Change-of-Mind Cancellations and Returns

For most products purchased online, you may tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it. You do not need to provide a reason.

After notifying us, you must return the item without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after the date you told us that you wished to cancel.

You may inspect the jewellery as you reasonably would in a shop. We may reduce the refund if the item has been worn, damaged or handled beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and suitability.

Certain legal exceptions may apply, including personalised or made-to-order products and hygiene-sensitive goods supplied in sealed packaging where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Please contact us before returning anything. Full instructions, eligibility requirements, exclusions and refund information are set out in our Refund Policy.

11. Return Delivery Costs

For an eligible change-of-mind return, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless we state otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.

If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs where required.

12. Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.

For an eligible change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional amounts paid for premium or faster delivery are not refundable unless required by law.

We may withhold a change-of-mind refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.

Refund timing and complete conditions are explained in our Refund Policy.

13. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

To purchase a different product, colour or size, please return the original item in accordance with our Refund Policy and place a new order.

14. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

We are legally responsible for supplying goods that are:

• Of satisfactory quality.
• Fit for their intended purpose.
• As described.
• Matched to any sample or model where applicable.

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or appears faulty. Include your order number, an explanation of the problem and clear photographs where possible.

Asking customers to report visible delivery damage promptly helps us investigate the issue, but it does not remove or shorten their statutory rights.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these Terms, our Refund Policy or our Warranty limits your legal rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

15. One-Year Warranty

Jewellery purchased directly from Bling Base is covered by our 1-year warranty against significant manufacturing and material defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, misuse, unsuitable storage or failure to follow the jewellery-care guidance.

The warranty is an additional benefit and does not replace or restrict your statutory consumer rights.

Please read our Warranty Policy for complete information about what is covered and how to make a claim.

16. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates, minimum order values or product exclusions.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
• Discounts have no cash value.
• Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is accepted.
• Returns may reduce the order value below the amount required for a promotion.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

17. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure.

Please notify us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in a way that could harm our website, customers or business.

18. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

We may temporarily suspend, update or change parts of the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

We will not use this section to avoid responsibility for orders that we have accepted or for rights that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Acceptable Use

You must not use our website:

• For unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• To interfere with its security or operation.
• To introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology.
• To gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or information.
• To copy, scrape or extract website content for commercial use without permission.
• To impersonate another person or provide false information.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.

20. Intellectual Property

The website, branding, product text, photographs, graphics, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to BEJU BE YOU LTD unless stated otherwise.

BEJU® and associated branding are protected intellectual property.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

21. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, delivery providers, review platforms and social-media websites.

Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent content or operation of websites that we do not control. This does not remove any responsibility we have for service providers acting on our behalf in fulfilling your order.

22. Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Our products and website are intended for personal and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or commercial interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Faulty goods or goods that are not as described.
• Breach of your statutory consumer rights.
• Any other responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

23. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

If such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the delay and contact you where appropriate.

If there is a substantial delay, you may have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund for products you have not received.

24. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please read the Privacy Policy to understand what information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and your data-protection rights.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our business, services or legal obligations change.

The Terms that apply to your purchase are those in force when your order is accepted. Changes will not be applied retrospectively to an existing contract.

The latest version will always be published on this page with its last-updated date.

26. If Part of These Terms Is Invalid

If a court or relevant authority decides that any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

A delay by us in enforcing a right does not mean that we have waived that right.

27. Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in England or Wales, legal proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the Northern Irish courts.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection available to you where you live.

28. Complaints and Contact

Please contact us if you have a question or complaint. We will aim to respond and resolve the matter fairly.
