We offer jewellery from our curated collections, including BEJU® and Colibra.

We aim to keep product descriptions and images accurate, although slight variations may occur.

All products are subject to availability.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is required at the time of ordering.
• Prices may change before an order is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary. 
• Courier delays or external factors are outside our control.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Earrings and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
