How to Buy
Shopping at Bling Base is simple and secure.
- Browse our collections using the main menu — explore rings, necklaces, bracelets, brooches, and more.
- Select a product to view detailed information, materials, and available sizes.
- Add your chosen item to the basket. You can continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.
- At checkout, enter your delivery details and select your preferred shipping method.
- Complete your payment using a secure debit or credit card.
- Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with full order details — please keep this for your records.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery options, estimated delivery times, and charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

Packaging
All jewellery is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
All payments are processed securely using encrypted payment systems.
Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
- Pierced earrings and personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Guarantee
All jewellery is covered by a 6-month guarantee against manufacturing defects, in line with UK consumer law.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper care.
Proof of purchase is required for all guarantee claims.
