We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your order in line with the policy below.


Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

  • Items must be unused, unworn and in original packaging.
  • Pierced earrings are non-refundable and non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
  • Customised, personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Return

  • Email us at info@blingbase.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • We will reply with return instructions.
  • Send the item back unused, unworn and in original packaging.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Product Descriptions

We aim to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate and up to date.

Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, supplier updates or manufacturing processes.
