How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your jewellery all the way to you.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free UK shipping on orders over £75.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK. If you’re outside the UK, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Sometimes tracking can take a little time to update. If it hasn’t changed after a few days, please contact us and we’ll check it for you.
