Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required at the time of ordering.

Orders

Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Returns & Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or business-related losses, or delays outside our control. Your statutory rights are not affected.
